- Strict Access Controls: We operate on a “least privilege” model. Our technicians only have the access they absolutely need to do their job. All access to your systems is logged and auditable.
- Employee Vetting: Every member of our team undergoes a thorough background check.
- We Are Your Partner, Not Your Guest: We treat your “Client Service Data” as your exclusive property. We do not view, copy, or share it for any reason outside of performing our contractual duties (like backing it up or securing it). Our job is to protect your data, not look at it.
